I’m looking for a remote role in Bid & Proposal Coordination, Contract Administration, or related operations where I can apply my experience in RFI/RFP processes, documentation, compliance, and deadline management. I value collaborative teams, clear communication, professional growth, and opportunities to improve processes and deliver high-quality results.

I’m an Executive Assistant and Administrative Professional with 5+ years of experience supporting executives and cross-functional teams in remote, fast-paced environments. My experience includes managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing executive correspondence, organizing meetings, and serving as a key point of contact between leadership, clients, and internal teams.

I also bring experience in sales support and client retention, including consultative selling, contract renewals, promotional offer management, CRM administration, follow-ups, and resolving billing, service, and account-related issues.

In previous roles, I have coordinated teams, managed multiple priorities and deadlines, and supported proposal and bid processes while maintaining 100% on-time submissions. I’m highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in remote environments.
