At my Preply role, I help students gain confidence in real-world communication with engaging topics, effective sentence structure, and linking ideas they can immediately use.
Before tutoring, I spent years handling customer-facing work—sending quotes and responding to customer enquiries, solving issues in real time, and maintaining order and monthly records with Excel and CRM systems.
