I've supported outbound sales, appointment setting, and customer operations for Simply Home Improvement, Hispand, Rooftop, SMJ Freight, Air Pros, Interstate Transport, and Boost Mobile.

At Hispand, I researched around 20 medical clinics and made 100–150 outbound calls daily to verify business information and introduce clinic management software. I maintained CRM and Google Sheets records covering contacts, decision-makers, software usage, and business details.

In appointment-setting and sales roles, I've scheduled contractor and customer appointments, verified business information, tracked completed sales, and documented customer interactions. I work independently in remote, fast-paced environments while communicating in English and Spanish.

I've also handled dispatch and transportation records, shipment updates, carrier coordination, route scheduling, and high call volumes. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration through BYU–Pathway Worldwide and bring strong organization, accuracy, and customer service to every workflow.
