What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build data-driven automation and AI workflow solutions, applying end-to-end delivery experience and production support insight to improve real business processes.

At Ravghen Tech, I build and support automation and AI-powered systems for small businesses, from WhatsApp booking flows to production management platforms.

I've delivered scheduling and notification systems for Seu Barbeiro, Studio Lóttus, and Puro Mimo Pet Shop using n8n, Evolution API, Supabase, Lovable, Python, and SQL. I also built a Playwright regression suite that triggers WhatsApp alerts through n8n when tests run.

My N1/N2 Service Desk work at Netcracker Technology grounds my automation work in real production support, ticket diagnosis, SLA resolution, and cross-team escalation. I'm currently studying Data Science to bring a more data-driven approach to workflow design and process analysis.
