Developed an AI debt negotiation agent for WhatsApp and voice calls, handling about 10,000 daily interactions. Reduced latency by 2 seconds per AI speech using prompt caching and pre-generated audio, and implemented LLM-as-judge evaluation and observability dashboards.

Developed a chatbot with LLMs integrated with client data sources (CRMs and ERPs) for business insights. Built REST APIs in Django and ETL pipelines for a stock and finance dashboard with iFood integration.

Developed AI agents and chatbots using LangChain and LangGraph, applying RAG with embeddings and vector databases. Automated business processes with n8n, Make, and RPA (Selenium), integrating systems via APIs.

Led the technical development of SigAMAES, a system for an association supporting autistic individuals, using Java (Spring Boot) and Next.js.

Worked on a computer vision project for detecting water tanks and pools in georeferenced photos. Created Power BI dashboards with Python for clients like Vale and ArcelorMittal and supported web systems in .NET.
