What I'm looking for
I’m a friendly, professional, and highly organised administration professional with experience in customer service, office coordination, phone handling, reporting, and data management. I currently work as a Casual Medical Receptionist at Hawkesbury Road Family Medical Centre on Mondays and Tuesdays.
In the clinic environment, I manage front desk reception duties and handle patient appointments, phone calls, and enquiries professionally. I also assist with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and clinic coordination, while providing friendly service to both patients and staff.
Previously, I worked as a CRM & Digital Marketing Executive at UTPL Technologies, where I managed daily administration and customer communication, answered phone calls, and maintained Excel reports, records, and payment tracking systems. Earlier, I served as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Squarefeet Real Estate, supporting customers through phone and email, and maintaining databases, scheduling, and reporting tasks.
I bring strong multilingual communication skills and a calm, detail-focused approach to multitasking and record accuracy. I’m seeking additional Receptionist / Medical Receptionist opportunities on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends, where I can continue delivering reliable front-desk support and organised administration.
