What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead IT systems and delivery, partnering cross-functionally to improve efficiency and reliability, and drive technological innovation—while supporting teams through Agile, data-driven initiatives, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Head of IT Systems with over 25 years of IT experience, including leadership and hands-on problem solving at Centro Nacional de Control de Energía (CENACE). I focus on operations supervision, system analysis, and IT project management to improve efficiency, functionality, and service reliability—minimizing downtime while keeping systems highly available.

I lead cross-functional teams to strengthen IT operations and drive technological innovation, and I’ve implemented operational best practices that increase productivity. I also teach project management and software development courses (ITESM), bringing structured Agile delivery, DevOps thinking, and practical facilitation to help teams learn, execute, and continuously improve.
