I am a senior technology leader with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of infrastructure, cybersecurity, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. I have directed large-scale initiatives including Managed Services, Software Factory, and Big Data for major public institutions.

I designed and executed a national data and analytics strategy integrating billions of clinical records, built epidemiological surveillance dashboards, and led cloud and on-premises operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. I implemented DataOps, data governance, and ensured compliance with ISO standards while driving revenue and operational targets.
