At Innovaciones Alumbra (iAlumbra), I founded the IT department and built a digital ecosystem across 40+ distributed sites, including remote locations. I support an organization focused on terrestrial ecological restoration, sustainable operations, and community prosperity.

I deployed infrastructure, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and field technology such as camera traps and drones. I also implemented SentinelOne XDR, Fortinet firewalls and SD-WAN, GLPI, and Odoo v18 ERP/POS.

At Instituto Estatal Electoral de Baja California Sur (IEEBCS), I designed and operated an in-house software solution for the Preliminary Electoral Results Program. It computed all polling station results across three simultaneous elections, and I coordinated a team of 125+ people.

Earlier, I led software quality assurance at Asp Integra Opciones and implemented Neodata ERP and business intelligence solutions at Decope. At Deloitte, I participated in the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite for Grupo PINSA.
