At Scania Global Knowledge Centre, I act as the premier global Subject Matter Expert for the corporate SuccessFactors platform. I drive platform optimization and align the system with evolving global business needs.
At Zalaris Polska, I provided consultancy to global clients across SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting. I supported post-implementation hypercare, configuration change orders, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for replication errors.
At Thyssenkrupp, I supported local HR teams on functional and technical topics as a Senior HR Operation Specialist/SAP SuccessFactors Analyst. I participated in global implementation work and, from February 2021, supported TK Elevator users as part of the Global AMS Team.
Earlier, at AirHelp, I was Team Leader for the Spanish and Portuguese markets, working in customer service, recruitment, coaching, and quality and process improvement. I also provided legal support for claims against airlines and bank transfers.
