At Starlight Dental Management, I joined as the founding TA and HR operator across 14 locations and built recruiting systems, compliance workflows, and candidate experience processes from scratch. I launched the company's first ATS, Breezy HR, and achieved an 18-day average time-to-fill across 20+ concurrent roles.

I also introduced candidate feedback and employee engagement programs that collected 29 consecutive 5-star ratings, along with 30/60/90-day check-in SOPs to surface retention risks.

At Home Instead, I built and ran the people operations and HR function for a 140+ person workforce. I introduced a compliance audit framework that achieved 100% AHCA compliance with zero violations.
