What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can solve problems, contribute to interesting work, and continue learning. I’m especially interested in project, program, operations, research, and coordination roles, and open to bringing my experience into a new industry. I value autonomy, flexibility, clear communication, and variety.

I’m a project and program professional with 10+ years of experience across government, healthcare, and community-based organizations. My background includes project coordination, program management, operations, research, compliance, training, and partnership development. I’ve managed statewide initiatives, coordinated projects across multiple organizations, planned seven conferences serving 1,100+ attendees, and currently project manage a Community Mapping initiative spanning 23+ Kentucky counties.

I enjoy organizing moving pieces, researching unfamiliar topics, solving problems, and turning ideas into practical next steps. I’m interested in bringing my experience into a new industry and am especially drawn to project and program coordination, operations, partnerships, research, compliance, and other roles that offer variety, autonomy, and something new to learn.
