I lead certification, partnerships, and revenue programs at Women’s Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley, where I increased certified business retention from 75% to 88% and secure more than $350K annually for the flagship conference.

I’ve also managed a $1M+ annual budget, supplier-diversity outreach, and events supporting networking, education, public policy, and Women of Color initiatives. Earlier, I lead legal training programs and youth court case-management initiatives across Kentucky, using data, policy, and community collaboration to improve outcomes.
