My background combines claims-focused skills—claims investigation and documentation, policy interpretation, negotiation & settlement, and regulatory compliance—with a customer service foundation built on communication and client satisfaction. I also bring “data collection & analysis” to support accurate, compliant outcomes.

Previously, I strengthened my operational discipline through logistics and retail leadership. As a Class A CDL Driver, I maintained DOT compliance, performed vehicle checks and basic equipment inspections, and ensured compliance documentation accuracy; as an Assistant Store Manager, I trained and supervised staff and coordinated delivery routes while keeping operations running smoothly.
