I’m looking for a healthcare operations role where I can lead mobile or inpatient workflows, supervise and train teams, coordinate schedules and partnerships, and keep patient care and compliance—like HIPAA—at the highest standard.

I’m a Healthcare Operations Leader with experience leading mobile healthcare and blood draw operations, including supervising teams of 5–6, handling hiring, onboarding, and training, and coordinating regional schedules and event logistics. I prioritize strong organization, coaching, and performance management to keep daily workflow running smoothly.

In the hospital, I provide inpatient blood specimen collection and laboratory support—processing specimens, transporting them with integrity, and using Cerner while following quality standards, infection prevention, and HIPAA requirements. Whether in emergency, medical-surgical units, or long-term care, I’m known for delivering compassionate patient care and clear client communication.
