Corina Schocknmyer
@corinaschocknmyer
Experienced medical assistant and operations manager skilled in clinical care and small-business leadership.
What I'm looking for
I am an experienced medical assistant and small-business owner with a proven track record in clinical procedures, patient support, and business operations. I combine hands-on patient care—phlebotomy, EKGs, wound care, injections—and administrative expertise to deliver reliable clinical and front-office support.
As the owner/operator of a diagnostic services business, I managed scheduling, payroll, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, vendor relations, and dispatched work orders, while overseeing technician teams and logistics from check-in to delivery.
In clinic roles I served as lead medical assistant and certified medical assistant across urgent care, family practice, and orthopedics, training staff and interns, maintaining electronic health records, and ensuring quality infection-control and sterile-field practices.
I am organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, comfortable working independently or leading teams. I take pride in clear communication, reliable patient care, and efficient operational execution to support both clinical and business goals.
