What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity to use my customer advocacy, problem-solving, onboarding, quality assurance, and client communication skills to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

At Carvana, I mentor new Customer Advocates, conduct quality assurance audits, and guide customers through company processes and platform navigation. I’ve helped onboard and develop more than 50 new hires while improving account accuracy, compliance, and customer experience outcomes.

Previously, I led administrative onboarding and training at PBCM Inc., creating process documentation and workflow resources while managing high-volume data entry and account maintenance. I also improved internal processes to reduce inefficiencies and support consistent service.

My earlier duty management experience included overseeing daily operations, coordinating events and catering requests, managing financial documentation, and introducing a reservation tracking system. I bring a BS in Computer Science, CompTIA A+ and IT Fundamentals+ certifications, and a customer-first approach to issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.
