What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in public safety communications—dispatching and leveraging NCIC systems—while delivering calm, accurate support during urgent calls and coordinating effectively with officers and community resources.

I’m a Telecommunicator with hands-on experience dispatching Police Officers using radio, telephone, and computerized/electronic equipment, including “Query wanted persons, license plates, and firearms.” I’ve built a strong foundation through my Criminal Justice education and earned NCIC Certification (October 2023–October 2025), along with recognition for “Work Ethic Proficiency.” I’m comfortable adapting and modifying standard procedures to solve complex problems under real-time pressure.

Before my current public safety role, I developed a service-oriented mindset through shelter-based crisis work, including shelter screenings, advocacy referrals, and community resource referrals. I also bring people leadership and operational experience from roles like Keyholder and Stock Lead/Senior Sales Associate, where I trained teams, met sales objectives, and managed inventory processes across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
