At Tohu, I built a building consent readiness platform that creates site reports for Canterbury addresses using live council and regional GIS data. Its rules engine cites the plan or Building Code clause behind each finding, and its drawing check flags missing documents and likely council questions.
I also designed and operate an autonomous company of 128 AI agent roles, orchestrated with n8n. I evaluate its output through reviewer loops, defect tracking, and measured accuracy. Before Tohu, I supported IT, WiFi, and NOC operations at Fusion Internet Services & NetStream.
