Hi! I'm an Automation and AI specialist that is skilled in Agentic Ai - designing and developing AI powered agents to solve simple to complex customer issues. I have a deep understanding of Agentic models, prompt engineering and crafting effective agent instructions.

Having been in the industry of chatbots for over 8 years, I bring a wealth of customer focused knowledge to every project.

My passion lies in CX and UX design, and ensuring the customer is kept at the heart of every decision being made. I want people to enjoy using digital technology and to make it easy and intuitive, removing the frustrations that often lead to giving up.

Architected and deployed an agentic AI CSR-facing solution integrated with the internal knowledge base using Microsoft Copilot Studio, providing real-time, verbatim call responses to ~250 customer service representatives. Currently leading development of co-authoring, AI call summarization, and a specialized compliance agent connected to internal taxing systems.

I have developed, designed and deployed the first agentic agent that is currently being used by over 200 CSRs and have another 2 agents ready for production. These range from RAG agents to summarisation, action performing, career coaching and internal development.
