I walk into broken, expensive, manual processes and automate them out of existence. At the Essential Services Commission, I delivered enterprise-grade automation inside one of Victoria’s most regulated government environments—building the organization’s first locally-deployed, multi-model AI pipeline and repeatedly eliminating weeks of manual effort through R automation and intelligent workflow design.

I build systems that work without handholding and scale without friction. I’ve built automated QA pipelines in R, reducing quarterly regulatory data validation from 12+ days of manual work to under 3 days, and engineered an in-house automated reporting system (5,000+ lines) that cut report generation from 30+ days to 10 minutes while producing 30+ interactive HTML reports.

I also turn messy inputs into actionable insights. I designed and deployed a locally hosted transcription pipeline processing ~3,500 enforcement call recordings using WhisperX and Pyannote for speaker diarisation, orchestrated through R and connected to SharePoint—keeping sensitive audio within the team’s infrastructure. Beyond builds, I own recurring regulatory outputs, including monthly disconnections reporting and quarterly license fee calculation scripts, backed by comprehensive QA and auditability.

Before this, I independently conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis for the Pona Kaká Initiative, transforming interview transcripts into structured, actionable insights. I also ran a data-driven trading portfolio, improving win/loss performance by 31% and reducing losses by 25% through systematic backtesting and risk management—strengthening my ability to communicate, test, and refine analytical decisions under pressure.
