We help homes turn waste into gold through our curbside trash, recycling and composting services. Our team created a first of its kind composting facility in the Midwest with a focus on helping homes reduce their environmental footprint.

I was responsible for the day to day operations of the Petsmart training classes and training area. This includes scheduling classes and maintaining attendance logs, enrollment contracts and curriculum updates as well as teaching a variety of skills to pets and pet parents. I provided pet parents with the guidance that they need to understand and accomplish all training needs using the methods of

I managed all scheduling of final measurements and product installation of window and door products for both homeowners and installation crews. I lead a team of 12 installation crews to ensure consistent, fair work for installers and prompt service for homeowners. This includes the daily tasks of records keeping, product comprehension and construction timelines.

In my role as Youth Activities and Events Director I was responsible for the daily operations of the Nursery, Adventure Room and any youth activities like sports clinics and birthday parties. I managed all staff training, certification records as well as conducting interviews, guiding struggling staff toward improvement and on occasion the dismissal of staff who were no longer a fit for the compan

As an Adoption Coordinator I partnered with all staff and volunteer counselors to discuss the needs of each pet on our adoption floor. We would discuss any necessary restrictions to ensure the safety of the pets and potential adopters. I reviewed adoption applications, contacted landlords to verify pet policies and reviewed county assessor documentation to verify ownership of homes when necessary.

As a swim instructor I was responsible for teaching all levels of swimmers the foundations and specifics of each stroke and helping people build confidence in the water and help them to become water safe. As a lifeguard I was responsible for the daily cleaning of the pool and maintaining a safe swimming environment for all.
