At the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra SNPO, I planned and coordinated projects and events, developing budgets, schedules, and implementation timelines with artistic teams and stakeholders.

As DeputyDirector, I developed organizational policies and workflows, established KPIs, and created CRM systems and reporting processes to support stakeholder management and performance monitoring.

At the Foundation for the Support of the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, I developed partnership proposals and coordinated agreements as CommunicationDirector. Later, as GeneralDirector, I oversaw organizational strategy, budgeting, and operations, and developed fundraising and sponsorship strategies.
