I’m a Business Analyst with experience in Agile environments, focused on requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and gap analysis. I translate business needs into clear functional requirements that help align business objectives with technical solutions.

In my current role, I facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to define scope, objectives, and functional specifications. I create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, then support Agile delivery through UAT and defect tracking.

I’m especially hands-on with analytics and reporting—building KPI dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI and Looker Studio. I design As-Is and To-Be process models for process re-engineering and digital transformation, and automate reporting workflows with SQL and Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.

Previously, as a Data Analyst, I improved decision-making with structured data analysis using SQL and Zoho Analytics/Zoho CRM, including a 15% improvement in data accuracy and a 30% reduction in decision-making turnaround time through optimized MIS dashboards and KPI reporting. I also bring a strong support mindset from my time as a Technical Support Engineer, where I resolved 90% of customer issues within SLA timelines—strengthening my ability to manage incidents and deliver reliable outcomes.
