What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity aligned with operations coordination or administrative support, particularly in education operations, enrolment administration, student records, process improvement, or compliance-focused work.

At Century Ply – Tirumala Plywood Centre, I support day-to-day customer and sales operations for plywood and interior products. I respond to enquiries from contractors, interior designers, builders, and other buyers, and explain product information and pricing.

I maintain customer records and sales documentation, and coordinate quotations, order requests, supplier communication, and delivery updates. I also track follow-ups and support issue resolution and post-sale communication.

During my remote marketing internship at Crew Bloom, I supported outreach, email communication, and campaign content aligned with brand guidelines. I contributed to content planning and documentation, and I’m interested in education operations, enrolment administration, student records, and compliance-focused administrative work.
