What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-driven business improvement and project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes, build practical solutions, and support strategic decision-making.

I'm currently managing end-to-end project implementation at ITC Infotech, aligning data-driven strategies, monitoring frameworks, UAT, and quality assurance with client and stakeholder needs.

Across IT, education, supply chain, and telecom, I've led requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder workshops, and change adoption initiatives. At Langara College, I supported SharePoint optimization and solution roadmaps.

At Seaspan ULC, I analyzed supply chain performance, developed KPIs and dashboards, and streamlined procurement and logistics workflows. At West Can Auto Parts, my process analysis initiatives improved operational efficiency and increased profit margins by 2.5%.
