Previously at PolyAI, I developed customer-facing conversational AI applications, integrating ASR, NLU, TTS, LLMs, and orchestration services. I enjoy pairing responsive user experiences with scalable APIs, secure access controls, cloud infrastructure, and reliable CI/CD workflows.
