At Deloitte, I work on ServiceNow SAM and HAM implementations for a U.S. health system. I authored and executed 20+ technical specifications and UAT scripts, and completed 24 consecutive weekly health scans without a miss.
For a global agribusiness leader’s HAM transformation, I developed Service Catalog items, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies for asset management workflows. I also owned stockroom data architecture and partnered with the ITOM team to trace CI data dependencies.
I co-managed deployment lifecycles by validating and promoting update sets across Development, UAT, and Staging instances. I also mentored onboarding team members using technical documentation and daily stand-up summaries.
In my personal developer instance, I built an automated email ingestion pipeline using Inbound Email Actions, Transform Maps, Business Rules, and Scheduled Jobs. I hold ServiceNow CIS certifications in CMDB and CSDM Data Foundation, as well as the CSA.
