At Hycu, I designed and implemented Microsoft 365 Outlook data-protection support using Microsoft Graph API and Exchange Web Services. The system backs up emails and other mailbox data at speeds of up to 155,000 items per hour.
I also optimized high-throughput processing to support 1.5 TB mailboxes with 2 GB of RAM. A custom storage service I developed reduced development time by 20% and helped external partners with integration and testing.
At Jivox, I enhanced Trafficker’s runtime performance to 200 RPS and worked on cache migration to reduce redundant database calls. I also developed a Spring Boot microservice for Dynamic Creative Studio APIs.
Earlier, at Commvault, I developed an index migration tool for Solr and HelpMe, an AI-driven service bot. At SOLYTICS PARTNERS PVT. LTD., I deployed machine-learning models and data pipelines; I also built TEXTINATOR, a document API project for summarization, classification, topic modeling, and titling.
