What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or cybersecurity role where I can troubleshoot Windows, networks, and endpoint issues, improve user experience, and continue building hands-on security monitoring and incident-response skills.

I'm currently repairing and testing devices at Likewize while providing freelance IT support for small businesses through TechDomain. I install and maintain Windows systems, routers, switches, Wi-Fi networks, and connected devices.

Previously at Datalysis, I delivered Tier 1–2 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN access, account issues, MFA setup, and end-user incidents. I also bring hands-on cybersecurity training in vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, log analysis, and SOC simulations.
