At Social Lens, I developed an AI Readiness Assessment Framework to evaluate AI maturity across 100 non-profit organisations. I also developed 15+ AI implementation toolkits and designed organisational development initiatives informed by research and diagnostic findings.

As a Research Assistant with the Mental Health Task & Finish Group at IoPPN, King's College, I'm conducting a scoping review and focus groups to inform a manager training programme supporting employees with lived mental health experiences.
