Remote / Hybrid HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRBP, or People Analytics role at a global company, MNC, or GCC. I want to combine hands-on HR ownership (recruitment, policy, payroll) with data-driven work like Power BI dashboards. Prior remote experience with US stakeholders — comfortable with async, cross-timezone team

I'm an HR professional based in Gurugram, currently running HR end-to-end at a growing company — recruitment, payroll, policy, and employee relations for a two-location team. What makes my background a bit different is the analytics layer: I build Power BI dashboards to track hiring and attrition trends, and I've done remote HR analytics work for a Boston-based company before this, so I'm comfortable working async with global stakeholders.

I like HR work that's grounded in data rather than guesswork — whether that's cleaning up a messy candidate dataset, automating payroll in Excel, or writing policies from scratch for a team that didn't have any. Open to HR Operations, HRBP, and People Analytics roles, especially with remote-first or globally distributed teams.
