What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply reproducible bioinformatics, multi-omics analysis, and machine learning to biomarker discovery, disease stratification, variant interpretation, and computational drug discovery.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I support pharmaceutical research programs by turning genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and clinical data into biologically interpretable insights for biomarker discovery, disease stratification, and translational research.

I build reproducible NGS and multi-omics workflows with Python, R, Nextflow, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, covering QC, processing, analysis, visualization, and version-controlled delivery. My work includes differential expression, functional enrichment, pathway analysis, predictive modeling, and explainable machine learning across complex molecular and clinical datasets.

I developed an R Shiny platform for cell-surface biomarker discovery across six model organisms, built multi-omics models for metabolic pathogen infection, and created an AI-assisted variant interpretation workflow that improved VUS classification accuracy by 15%.
