What I'm looking for

I’m looking to start as an IT Support Engineer, applying my Windows/Active Directory foundation and VMware lab troubleshooting to resolve user issues. I want a role where I can learn quickly, communicate clearly, and build real-world support experience.

I’m an Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) graduate with foundational knowledge in IT support and systems. I’m focused on using my comfort with Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 to help users and resolve issues quickly.

In VMware virtual labs, I built and configured a virtual enterprise environment using Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10 clients. I installed and configured AD DS, DNS, and DHCP, then handled user and access management by creating users, groups, OUs, and GPOs, including password resets and account unlocks.

I also joined client computers to the domain and supported secure file access by configuring shared folders with NTFS permissions. I’m a quick learner with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and I’m ready to start my career as an IT Support Engineer.

Home Lab

Built a virtual enterprise IT environment in VMware with Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10 clients, configuring Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), DNS, and DHCP. Managed users, groups, OUs, and GPOs, performed password resets and account unlocks, configured NTFS shared folders, and troubleshot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and client connectivity issues.
