What I'm looking for

I’m targeting HR Analyst and MIS Analyst roles.

At SLMG Beverages Pvt Ltd., I managed attendance reporting for 480+ employees across 13 departments and prepared attrition and absenteeism reports to support HR review and workforce planning.

I also administered GHI additions and deletions for approximately 1,600 employees across 9 branches. I maintained the records in HRone and Excel and prepared monthly reports on premiums, recoveries, and claims.
