My HR Recruitment Analytics Dashboard turned hiring-pipeline information into management-friendly reporting. I used Excel to organize and analyze applications, interviews, selections, and rejections, then used Power BI to visualize the pipeline.

I also created a sales-performance dashboard to show KPIs and business trends, and used SQL to clean structured datasets by resolving duplicate and inconsistent records and handling missing data.
