What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own KPI reporting and dashboard development using SQL, Power BI, and Excel—automate recurring work, strengthen data quality, and partner with stakeholders to drive faster, better business decisions.

I’m an MIS & Data Analyst who turns operational data into actionable business insights. With 5 years of experience, I focus on MIS reporting, KPI dashboards, and interactive Power BI views that help teams make data-driven decisions.

I’ve built and improved reporting pipelines end to end—extracting and analyzing data with SQL and Advanced Excel, cleaning and validating datasets for accuracy, and automating recurring MIS reports with Pivot Tables, formulas, and Macros. In my roles, I designed KPI dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance and supported stakeholders with timely, accurate reporting.

I also enjoy continuous improvement through process automation and better data quality. One of my projects automated reporting significantly (about 80% reduction in manual effort) using SQL, Power Query, and Power BI with DAX-driven KPIs and interactive visuals.
