I’m looking to lead AI engineering—shipping GenAI, RAG, NLP, and computer vision systems in production with strong MLOps and measurable business impact, while building high-performing teams and scalable architecture.

I’m an engineering leader with 16+ years of experience building and scaling technology teams and platforms, with 5 years of focused AI and ML delivery in production. I architected an AI intelligence layer on a legacy CRM—delivering agentic workflows, advanced hybrid RAG with re-ranking, NLP sentiment analysis, and LoRA fine-tuning—so all systems are live in production.

I built and scaled an AI proctoring SaaS platform (0 to 1) using computer vision at production scale, and I lead GenAI strategy, AI product development, engineering operations, and data platform delivery.
