I’m looking for an environment where my skills are efficiently utilized for the organization’s development and my personal growth. I want to acquire good amount of skills and knowledge for further growth in my profession.

I am an energetic Customer Service Advisor who resolves customer and patient issues quickly and efficiently. I bring strong communication, a collaborative approach, and a positive attitude to every team.

At VXI, I worked as a Customer Support Advocate handling appointment scheduling, billing queries, and prescription refill requests. I also addressed medical information questions, helping build trust through human/voice interaction.

Previously, as a Customer Support Associate at First source, I documented field-by-field claim data using standards including HSB, HCFA, UB-04, and dental claim details. I analyzed claims workflows and optimized processing within Facets, including itemization claims, sorting preferred claim documents, and checking patient eligibility while tracking appeals, grievances, and case management.

I enjoy improving processes and contributing to team success in fast-paced environments. With technical skills like Facets, M.S excel, java, power point, C++, and Sympraxis—along with multitasking and active listening—I focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while continuing my professional growth.
