I’m currently working as a Medical Billing Associate at CAPGEMINI (2023–Present), where I handle outbound B2B calling for billing and support, conduct benefits verification, and resolve discrepancies to improve billing accuracy. I prepare prior authorizations and promptly fax required documents to Medical Doctor Offices (MDOs), while triaging prescriptions to appropriate pharmacies to keep processing on time. I also maintain and update patient insurance information in billing systems accurately and work through insurance denials to reduce billing errors.

Before this, I worked at TELEPERFORMANCE (2021–2022) as a Customer Service Executive (Voice/Non-voice), delivering professional, empathetic communication through calls and chats. I consistently followed daily, weekly, and monthly targets, handled escalation calls, and shared end-of-day feedback with the Process Manager to support workflow improvements. I’m motivated by results and recognition—achieving targets in 7 successful months, earning RNR (Rewards and Recognition) for two months, and maintaining strong CSAT performance (70–76 for two consecutive weeks).
