I've led operations, business support, HR administration and financial control across AS3 Norge, Norwegian Work, Elixia Nordic and logistics organisations for more than 20 years.
At AS3 Norge, I opened, operated and closed locations, negotiated supplier agreements that reduced costs by 12, 14 and 16 percent, and led HSE, GDPR, budgeting, workforce planning and internal controls. I also helped develop IT systems as part of the Product Owner team and managed reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
I'm now responsible for operations and finances at A-JOB AS, where I apply AI-based solutions to client communication, analysis and administrative automation.
