I established an application-management operating model across 15+ applications, standardising governance, operational processes, and ways of working. I drive Incident, Change, and Problem Management to improve operational stability and continuous improvement.
I oversee capacity, licensing, availability, user management, vulnerability management, risk, compliance, and multi-million-euro budget planning. I use Power BI reporting to analyse SLA/KPI performance, licence utilisation, and cost trends.
Earlier, I led projects, business analysis, and QA delivery for Nets Norway, DNB, Royal Bank of Canada, and Bank of America. I bring experience in requirements, UAT, stakeholder coordination, Agile delivery, SQL-based testing, and coaching teams toward ownership and independent problem-solving.
