I am a proactive event operations professional with hands-on experience coordinating large-scale live and hybrid activations, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams. I prioritize clear communication and meticulous planning to deliver brand-consistent attendee experiences.

At Brand Engine Advertising Corp., I managed multiple TikTok campaign activations concurrently, maintained attendee databases, tracked RSVPs, and supported on-site registration to ensure timely, on-brand launches. I coordinated timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates to keep complex projects aligned.

Previously, I coordinated nine large-scale events and experiential activations, served as a primary stakeholder partner for national accounts, and co-led a multi-run hybrid livestream event with end-to-end technical and speaker coordination. I also led a six-run nationwide healthcare event series serving 400–450 attendees per run.
