What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values patient care and community impact.

I am a dedicated medical secretary with a strong background in healthcare administration, currently working with NHS Grampian in Gynaecology. My commitment to patient advocacy has led to a significant reduction in the endometriosis surgical waiting list by around 20%. I utilize my effective communication and prioritization skills to address service issues and propose creative solutions for women and AFAB patients facing chronic conditions.

In addition to my role at NHS, I have a rich educational background with a Master’s degree in Medical Physics from the University of Aberdeen, where I graduated with Distinction. My experience as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill allowed me to develop my research skills while actively engaging in science outreach initiatives. I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community through my work and volunteer efforts.
