I’m seeking a full-time role where I can use customer-facing, operational, and technical support skills to improve processes, train teams, and deliver excellent service.

I am a customer-focused professional with 7+ years of experience across retail management, B2B product support, and fast-paced customer service roles. I’ve been promoted into management, exceeded performance expectations, and consistently put the customer first.

At Michael’s I manage closing operations, oversee cashiering and BOPIS/SFS workflows, and lead projects like OS realignment and loss-prevention stock securing. In product support I resolved technical issues for recruiting customers, met team metrics, and supported training while using tools such as Salesforce, Jira, API, and Postman.
