What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead guest services in a fast-paced hotel, elevate satisfaction through clear communication and accurate front-desk operations, and grow into broader hospitality leadership while continuing creative photography work.

I specialize in front-desk operations that feel effortless for guests. I deliver seamless check-in/out experiences, resolve issues professionally, and manage daily room assignments, special requests, billing, folios, and POS transactions with accuracy.

I’m also a Freelance Photographer, specializing in events, products, and portraits. I edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, while managing day-to-day business operations including marketing, invoicing, and client communications.

Earlier roles strengthened my leadership and people skills, including supervising a team of 35 workers on construction sites and delivering personalized retail service as a Sales Associate. I bring strong communication, service consistency, and a safety-first mindset to every environment.
