I seek a role focused on customer onboarding and support with opportunities to drive B2B growth, collaborate across teams, and improve user experience.

I am a motivated customer support and onboarding specialist with hands-on experience prospecting healthcare institutions and managing digital onboarding processes for professionals and organizations. I consistently identify client needs and resolve conflicts to deliver optimal user experiences.
