What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own release management and DevSecOps end-to-end in critical environments—automating CI/CD, strengthening security with CIS practices and scanning, and partnering with teams to deliver fast, reliable releases.

I’m a Systems & DevOps Engineer with 2+ years of experience managing critical infrastructures (Unix/Linux, Red Hat) and Core Banking Temenos T24 operations. I’m currently the sole Release Management engineer at Wifak Bank, where I take end-to-end ownership of the deployment lifecycle for a full banking IS overhaul.

I focus on DevSecOps automation—designing GitLab CI/CD pipelines with Shell/Bash scripting, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration, and secure image management via a private Docker registry. I also lead security hardening (CIS Benchmarks), integrate SonarQube and Trivy into CI/CD, and run black-box/grey-box penetration testing on banking interfaces and APIs using Kali Linux, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Metasploit, authoring vulnerability reports while coordinating remediations with teams. Alongside this, I’m pursuing an Engineering degree in Cybersecurity (TEKUP) through evening classes, and I enjoy bridging release engineering, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK), and payment-related pipelines to keep systems reliable and auditable.
