I've improved DevOps delivery at Attijariwafa Bank by optimizing Golden Path CI pipelines for monorepo microservices, using change detection to build, test, and analyze only impacted modules.
At the Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration, I benchmarked Rancher, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, deployed a multi-node Kubernetes cluster with RKE, and automated application deployment through GitHub Actions. I reduced provisioning time by 40% and centralized management of 5+ nodes through Rancher.
I've also built AWS DevSecOps and GitOps microservices projects with Terraform, Jenkins, EKS, ArgoCD, Prometheus, and Grafana, reducing deployment time from 20 minutes to 3 minutes.
