I’m seeking a senior management role in a dynamic, growing environment where I can lead end-to-end operations, optimize workflow and costs, and drive B2B business development with strong key-account performance.

I’m a senior manager with 20 years of experience in operations management, commercial leadership, and team management across transport & logistics, food, hospitality, and telecoms. I structure end-to-end business operations, build B2B client portfolios, and drive teams toward ambitious targets.

Currently, as Head of Operations and Tenders & Public Procurement Manager, I fully manage outlet operations—daily operations, cash handling, stock control, and CRM tools hygiene—while leading reporting and performance analysis. I adapt menus based on customer demand, track commercial performance indicators, implement corrective actions, and oversee supplier purchasing, price negotiation, and operating cost optimization.

Previously, I led strategy and growth through public and private tenders, managing submissions from drafting to contract award, and expanding portfolios through new client acquisition. Earlier, in telecoms & IT, I redesigned call scripts and optimized activation workflows with daily KPI dashboards, and I also built and ran an entrepreneurial restaurant venture, strengthening my resilience and decision-making.
